Opening event di altissimo livello per una kermesse cinematografica di livello mondiale: parlo ovviamente dell’evento Moët & Chandon, degno party d’apertura per la rassegna cinematografica arrivata alla 70ma edizione.
Opening event of the highest level for a world cinema film festival: obviously I’m talking about the Moët & Chandon event, a worthy opening party for the 70th edition of the film festival.
E’ inutile dire che quando ho ricevuto l’invito dalla quasi tri-centenaria azienda francese non credevo ai miei occhi: la casa produttrice dello champagne più conosciuta al mondo mi invitava ad un party esclusivo, in una villa esclusiva, grandioso!
Unuseful to say that when I received the invitation from the almost three hundredth French company I did not believe in my eyes: the best-known champagne manufacturer in the world invited me to an exclusive party in an exclusive location, magnificent!
Il party si è tenuto della rinomata e meravigliosa Villa S.Quirico a Minusio, nei pressi di Locarno, sede del Film Festival. La villa è davvero magnifica, costruita negli anni 30, ha un parco di quasi 2000 metri quadri e sorge a ridosso della stupenda torre campanaria della chiesa in stile romanico di S.Quirico. Villa dal forte impatto, ma sobria ed elegante. Un party nel puro stile Moët & Chandon: frizzante, elegante, esclusivo, ma sobrio nei contenuti, chic, ma mai altezzoso.
The party was held in the renowned and wonderful Villa S.Quirico in Minusio, near Locarno, home of the Film Festival. The villa is really magnificent, built in the 30's, has a park of almost 2000 square meters and stands close to the beautiful bell tower of the Romanesque church of S.Quirico. Villa with a strong impact, but sober and elegant. A party in pure Moët & Chandon style: sparkling, elegant, exclusive, but sober in the content, chic but not snooty.
In compagnia della mia baby blogger, di mio marito e di amici, ho potuto vivere una esperienza davvero piena e soddisfacente potendo finalmente capire cosa vuol dire “fiumi di champagne”: Moët Imperial per me, quello classico, una sublime e fresca esplosione di retrogusti e bollicine che mi hanno accompagnata durante le piacevoli conversazioni. Champagne classico ed intramontabile, una vera gioia per il palato anche per chi, come me, non si vanta di essere intenditrice di vini: signori, qui siamo di fronte all’eccellenza in fatto di vini, ogni commento sarebbe assolutamente fuori luogo!
Together with my baby blogger, my husband and friends, I was able to experience a really full and satisfying experience by finally understanding what "champagne rivers" mean: Moët Imperial for me, the classic one, a sublime and fresh explosion of aftertastes and bubbles that accompanied me during the pleasant conversations. Champagne classic and timeless, a real joy for the palate even for those who, like me, do not boast of being a wine connoisseur: ladies, here we are in the face of excellence in wines, every comment would be absolutely out of place!

Il party esclusivo si è protratto per qualche gradevolissima ora accompagnato da musica ed esibizioni, tutto in maniera sobria ed elegante. Davvero una esperienza da rifare fosse solo per rivivere lo spirito Moët & Chandon, una etichetta che profuma di storia ed eccellenza e che, dopo quasi trecento anni, riesce ancora ad emozionare. In alto i calici allora, ma mi raccomando: solo Moët & Chandon, il resto è solo champagne.

The exclusive party has continued for some pleasurable time accompanied by music and performances, all in a sober and elegant manner. Really an experience to revive was just to revive the spirit of Moët & Chandon, a label that smells of history and excellence, and which, after almost three hundred years, can still thrill. Above the goblets then, but I recommend: only Moët & Chandon, the rest is just champagne.
